1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the cvi999 platform (cvi999.cam) and all of its services. In this document, "platform" refers to the cvi999.cam website and all associated services. "Player" or "user" refers to any person who has registered on the platform or is using its services. "We", "our" or "company" refers to the organization operating cvi999.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The currently accepted payment methods on cvi999 are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Deposits are generally processed quickly. However, if there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact our support team.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made using third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• The company reserves the right to hold suspicious transactions until they are verified.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. A withdrawal request may be rejected if the following conditions are not met:

• All applicable bonus wagering requirements must be completed.
• The identity verification (KYC) process must be completed.
• The withdrawal account must be registered in the name of the depositor.
• If there is an active investigation or fraud allegation on the account, the withdrawal will be on hold.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

cvi999 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more applies the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x (25 times) wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the bonus amount multiplied by 25 gives the total bet amount that must be wagered before the bonus becomes withdrawable. The wagering requirement must be completed within a specified time limit; once the time limit expires, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion applies to one account only, on one device, at one IP address.
• If unusual betting patterns are followed for the purpose of earning bonuses, the bonus will be cancelled.
• The company reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirements are met.

4.4 VIP and Cashback Program

cvi999 has four VIP levels, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher VIP levels through regular gaming activity. The amount and timing of cashback may change at the company's discretion.

5 Fair Use and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Permitted Use

The cvi999 platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes. All services on the platform must be used fairly and in good faith.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.

• Attempting to hack the gaming system or exploit vulnerabilities.

5.3 Transaction Verification (KYC)
